C' Italia: รจ il posto da essere.

Mr. Sy told us of a place where celebrities spend their time when they are in Angeles, Pampanga. and we're lucky enough that we found that place just sitting near our hotel. and with a little drive, we found C' Italia Restaurant. you almost can't notice it with its gloomy exterior. just find the big "C" on the roof.

we almost can't get it because the place has been fully-reserved by night. and we have to check if there's available table for lunch. fortunately, there are a lot of spaces when we get in.

then going in feels like a dungeon but you will be surprised with the hanging plates. it's true that celebrities dive in this place for a good meal. known people in local politics and entertainment drop by to have a taste of their Italian food.

we ordered a roll-up pizza and pasta and we had our full. we also included some soup for warmth which complimented everything we had.

we cannot forget how we are delighted with the design of the place. there's an al fresco setting at the back of the restaurant. more Italian but very circus-y. however, the service takes long but the food is the best!

C' Italian Restaurant is also found on Friendship Highway near Clark Freeport Zone in Angeles City, Pampanga.

NIJI Japanese Restaurant in Angeles

we were trying to look for a dinner place after spending time at the 16th Philippine Hotair Balloon Fiesta. we had our booth and I admit we really are hungry despite that we just had a potato store beside us. but the job is very tiring and we are drained out from the people lining up just to get a planner or any special prize that they can get.

we cleaned up and got ready for a gastronomic adventure in Angeles City. most of the stations are bars, hotels and there is minimal restaurants that can cater family dinner.

so we stopped here at NIJI Restaurant. a Japanese-themed area where people come in. there are 2 separate areas, the normal table with chairs and the other one is with a built in cooking pot that looks like you're sitting on the floor. as customary, you have to put off your shoes in a Japanese home.

then we ordered teppanyaki. amazing that the service was fast and we don't have to wait for our orders to come. the food is well prepared, well-presented and since you have to cook it yourself, it was fun doing it.

with only the three of us, we only spent around Php 1300 and we're really satisfied of what we ate. we will definitely come back when we return next year!

NIJI Japanese Restaurant is located at the Friendship Highway near Clark Freeport Zone, in Angeles City, Pampanga.
