Yapatoots' Green Smoothie

a simple healthy beverage that can be taken anytime of the day. rich in vitamins and minerals like potassium from bananas and antioxidants and proteins from malunggay.
Ingredients:

Bananas
Chinese Cabbage
Malunggay leaves
Mangoes
1 cup yogurt
Directions:
1. it's best if you have all your ingredients chilled before the preparation.
2. blend all ingredients together making a puree. amount of ingredients depends upon your taste.
3. add yogurt for more health benefit. serves 4-6 people.
