Goldilocks' Crema de Fruta

i was so surprised upon opening the fridge and finds a large box of Crema de Fruta from Goldilocks. i love Crema de Fruta! it has two layers of soft chiffon cake, light cream mixed with a little sweetening of condensed milk and a little sour and tangy taste, fruit cocktail in the middle of the layers, and topped with peaches and cherries covered in a thin layer of jelly.

this was my sister's gift to our mom last Mother's Day. i'd really love to have another slice of this.
