Mom's Recipe: CHOKODAN

it's actually CHOCO-BUKO-PANDAN. mom only introduced it to us this week and we really wanted more for dessert! this is very simple. all you have to prepare are:
1 pack of Alsa Gulaman
1 jar of macapuno
evaporated milk
Hershey's chocolate syrup
pandan leaves
crushed ice
sugar
Directions:
  1. cook Alsa Gulaman according to instructions adding pandan leaves and sugar while cooking. allow to cool.
  2. in a bowl of crushed ice, top it with gulaman, macapuno, evaporated milk, and drizzle with Hershey's chocolate syrup.
