Champagne Room introduces New Additions to its À La Carte Menu

At Champagne Room, dining has always been as much about the experience as what arrives at the table. Set within the elegant surroundings of The Manila Hotel, the restaurant invites guests to savor the new additions to its a la carte menu, available for lunch and dinner.

Complementing its well-loved culinary repertoire, the latest additions span starters and seafood, hearty main courses, grilled specialties, and desserts with a touch of tableside theater.

“The new dishes are designed to stay true to the distinct Champagne Room experience while giving our guests something new to discover. We wanted to bring together familiar favorites and a few dishes with a sense of occasion, so every course feels special from the first bite to the last,” says The Manila Hotel’s executive chef Konrad Walter.

The meal can begin with elegant starters such as Smoked Salmon Carpaccio, Lobster-Mango Délice, and Parmesan Panna Cotta. For something warm, the new selection includes New Zealand Half-Shell Mussels baked with Parmesan and herbs, Fried Oysters with a crisp, savory crust, Linguini with Scallops in shallot and garlic cream, and Green Asparagus Soup.

The main courses offer a range of classic favorites, from Gindara in Miso Butter Sauce and Lobster Thermidor to Roast Lamb Rack, Beef Tournedos with Foie Gras, and Lemon-Herb Chicken. For a little more theater, the Beef Stroganoff is flambéed tableside before being served, while the Surf and Turf brings together Angus Striploin and salmon in one indulgent plate.

Those who prefer their meal from the grill can choose from USDA Beef Tenderloin, Kurobuta Pork Loin Steak, Lapu-Lapu Fillet, or whole White Pampano.

Dessert brings another moment of tableside preparation with the Mango Flambé, finished with coconut rum and served with buko ice cream and pili nuts. For something more classic, Crème Brûlée with Fresh Berries and Warm Chocolate Lava Cake offer an indulgent finale to the meal.

Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival at The Manila Hotel

As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, tables become gathering places once again for family reunions, friendly catch-ups, and celebrations with colleagues. The Manila Hotel welcomes the season with thoughtfully prepared dining experience and handcrafted mooncakes that honor one of the year’s most cherished traditions.

Available at Red Jade from August 1 to September 30, 2026, the Mid-Autumn Festival Set Menu invites guests to gather over a sumptuous feast that celebrates abundance and togetherness. Served for both lunch and dinner, the menu is priced at Php 3,588 nett per person, with a minimum of five diners.

The menu features an assortment of Dim Sum, Braised Pit Lobster, Fried Whole Lapu-Lapu with Zhenjiang Honey Glazed Sauce, and other Chinese specialties prepared for the occasion, culminating with The Manila Hotel’s handcrafted mooncakes—a sweet finale to the festive meal. Prestige Card holders may also enjoy 20% off the set menu for groups of five to ten diners. To complete the celebration, guests may add Php 1,800 for a bottle of Suntana Summer Rosé to complement the menu’s rich yet balanced flavors.

Beyond the dining table, the celebration continues with The Manila Hotel’s signature mooncakes, available at Red Jade and Delicatessen. A seasonal favorite symbolizing gratitude and good fortune, this year’s selection features Single Yolk Red Bean, Single Yolk Pure White Lotus, Milk Golden Sand House, Black Sesame with XO Dried Conpoy.

Presented in an elegant gift box containing four pieces of mooncakes, the Mooncake Box is priced at Php 3,888 nett. Inspired by the iconic facade and architecture of the Grand Dame, the beautifully designed box serves as a keepsake long after the festivities have ended. Guests who pre-order a Mooncake Box on or before September 15, 2026 may enjoy the 30% Early Bird Offer, reducing the price to Php 2,721.60 nett. Pre-ordered boxes may be claimed beginning September 16, 2026. Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-263867, Series of 2026.

Individual mooncakes are also available for Php 388 nett each starting September 1, 2026.

The Manila Hotel Celebrates Father’s Day with Refined Dining Moments and Thoughtful Indulgences

This June, The Manila Hotel pays tribute tofathers with a selection of dining experiences and thoughtful treats designed for discerning tastes and meaningful gatherings. From generous buffet spreads and intimate fine dining, to family-style feasts and take-home indulgences, the hotel offers memorable ways to celebrate Dad.

At Café Ilang-Ilang, Father’s Day takes center stage on June 21, 2026, with the restaurant’s well-loved international buffet. Guests may enjoy lunch at Php 3,888 nett per person and dinner at Php 4,988 nett per person. As a special gesture, diners will receive a complimentary glass of draft beer or Shirley Temple, paired with a choice of a brownie or a keepsake Willy the Bear keychain.

For a more intimate celebration, Champagne Room offers a luxurious Father’s Day set menu available for lunch and dinner from June 19 to 21, 2026. Priced at Php 6,888 nett per person, the menu showcases refined European cuisine served in the country’s most romantic dining room. The menu features a choice of Tartare of Fresh Norwegian Salmon or Parmesan Panna Cotta and Parma Ham, followed by Beef Oxtail Consommé or Three Onion Soup, Pan-Fried Garlic Prawns or Spinach Ricotta Ravioli, and a refreshing Blackberry Sorbet. For the entrée, guests may select Roast U.S. Beef Tenderloin or Oven-Roasted Gindara Fillet Marinated in Miso. The experience concludes with a Caramel Hazelnut Praline Torte or a selection of French artisan cheese, rounded off with macarons served with coffee or tea. The set is complemented by a glass of sparkling wine and The Manila Hotel tumbler.

Throughout June, Red Jade invites families to gather over a special a la carte menu celebrating the rich flavors of Chinese cuisine. Highlights include Golden Egg Prawns with Butter Oatmeal, Honey-Glazed Fish Fillet with Zhenjiang Sauce, Shredded Chicken with Lemon Sauce, and Seafood Fried Rice with Seaweed, alongside a selection of traditional favorites prepared with contemporary flair. Available for lunch and dinner, the limited-time menu offers a flavorful and memorable way to honor Dad, with dishes designed for sharing and family-style dining.

The celebration extends into a more relaxed indulgence at the Delicatessen, where guests may bring home a Tropical Harmony Cake, paired with an insulated bag, at a special rate of Php 2,240 from June 8 to 21, 2026—perfect for continuing the celebration at home.

The Manila Hotel Joins Goût de France 2026 with Refined French Dining Experience

The Manila Hotel joins the global celebration of Goût de France 2026 with a refined French dining experience at the hotel’s iconic Champagne Room until May 31, 2026.

Guests are invited to delight in a set menu that highlights the richness and sophistication of French cuisine, specially prepared by The Manila Hotel’s culinary team led by Executive Chef Konrad Walter.
The Goût de France menu features a classic progression of French flavors, beginning with Puy Lentil Salad with Smoked Duck Breast, followed by Three Onion Soup with Brie Croutons. For the main course, guests may savor Roast Rack of Lamb in Herb Crust served with rosemary garlic jus, accompanied by gratin potato, and market vegetables. The experience concludes with a selection of French cheese, Apple Tart with Frangipane, French macarons, and choice of coffee or tea.

Further highlighting its participation in the international celebration, The Manila Hotel also took part in the Course des Garçons de Café or Waiter’s Race held last May 17 during “Makati Street Meet presents Goût de France.” Representatives from Champagne Room proudly placed 2nd and 3rd , with Alfonso Punzalan and Lexter Guanzon receiving the honors, respectively. The event was also graced by Her Excellency Marie Fontanel, Ambassador of France to the Philippines and Micronesia.
