Ca Phe Saigon announces expansion in Antipolo City

Starting from a homey garage setting in Marikina City and made their first extension at The Podium, Ca Phe Saigon climbs up to the cool climate of Antipolo City to serve warm phở, delectable bánh mì, rice dishes and more to individuals who crave for authentic Vietnamese delicacies. The new branch is located along Sumulong Hi-way, a few blocks from Robinson's Place Antipolo and the Antipolo Market and it is very easy to find.

Ca Phe Saigon is the brainchild of the owners' mom who is actually from Saigon and married a Filipino that created a family in Marikina. The interior of this new branch is inspired by her memories of Saigon when she travels the roads via bicycle in her áo dài and nón lá. She shares her love of food to Filipinos with dishes that cater to our taste buds and breaking barriers of language and culture. Soon, this branch will also have its al fresco dining and own herb garden where they can pick herbs and spices so the food will have the freshest ingredients -- just like their Marikina branch where the owners' father cultivates.

The expansion was sparked by customers who go down from Antipolo for Ca Phe Saigon's delicious dishes. And after many ocular inspections, they finally secured the place. Now it will be easier for Antipolo residents to access authentic Vietnamese dishes.

Bringing the recipes across all branches, visitors will have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes that will bring warmth and great dining experience. All dishes are made on-site, with ingredients that are sourced directly from Vietnam (George, their executive chef flies to Vietnam every 6-8 months for supplies) and some were locally made. They also have a signature pho recipe, made by the owners' mom. Dedication is given to the dishes, with soup that is not made with commercial bouillon but they rise as early as 4am to create the best tasting soup noodles.

Banh Mi is also made just right. The bread is not too soft or too hard and allows you to bite to the savory fillings and fresh vegetables.

Vietnam is also famous with their fresh rolls or goi cuon, the classic summer roll rice noodles with lettuce, mint leaves, lean pork and shirmp all rolled up and served with special peanut sauce. You can also have a vergetarian version of this.

To cap it all off, have yourself a cup of warm Vietnamese brew while loving the climate of Antipolo City.

You can try more dishes at Ca Phe Saigon Antipolo aside from these. You can also have your dishes delivered from the Marikina or Podium via Grab Food or Food Panda up to 5km radius.
