Happy 111st Independence Day!
in line with the 111st celebration of Philippine Independence, i happen to pass by this large rice cake designed like the Philippine Flag. the sun and stars were cheese slices and the tri-colors were all rice cake or locally known as "puto."
this was made by Sally's Homemade which has 4 branches on 4 SM malls. i wonder when they will serve this to the public to eat. hehe
