Mom's Recipe: Peach Float

this is another holiday dessert. i have made variations of this using fruit cocktails or any fruit like mangoes or kiwis. and it's very easy to make. it's like a tiramisu minus the rum and the ingredients are easy to find in the supermarket:

photo from moogs' flickr
1 pack graham crackers (some use cookies too!)
1 pack crushed grahams
1 can of peach halves, sliced thinly
1 large can of condensed milk
2 packs, all-purpose cream
to make the Peach Float:
  1. combine condensed milk and all-purpose cream.
  2. in your container, spread your mixture to cover the whole area. then lay graham crackers on top of the cream. another spread of the cream and then your peach slices. on top is another covering of cream then repeat it with the graham crackers and peaches. fill spaces with crushed grahams until all ingredients are in. be sure to end it with a layer of cream and peach slices.
  3. place it in the freezer overnight.
