Red Ribbon's White Choco Almond Mamon

Oh yes, there is such a thing as Red Ribbon's White Choco Almond Mamon.

It was just given to me by a friend last night before we watched a movie. I figured that I would just bring it for my baon the next day. At first I just ignored it thinking that it will just be the same mamon available at my favorite cake place, Red Ribbon, until I opened it this morning.

I was surprised about this new product. I didn't even have time to prepare a cup of coffee that will match to it. I opened the pack, it is the same size as your regular mamon (chiffon). Protected by a plastic mold to hold and prevent it from flattening out.

Then there's this rich cream of white chocolate and crispy almond bits that are sprinkled on top waiting for me to bite into it. Taking your first bite to the soft pillow of mamon is pure bliss and the sweet creamy topping invites you to bite more.

I searched for information about this new favorite of mine. It will be available for 5 pcs for only Php 99. That's about Php 20 each and you'll get Php 1 change for an order of 5. Not bad for a decadent treat, isn't it?
